HR assessment includes

Schedule a one-hour introductory meeting via our website’s calendar, or feel free to reach out to us. During the meeting, we’ll agree on the interviewees, interview schedule, and the report delivery and debriefing time. You’ll then receive a confirmation email from us.

Our analysis takes into account Finnish legal requirements, technology sector collective agreements, and industry best practices.

Meetings are held remotely, with on-site meetings available upon request (travel time: €100/hour/person + travel costs and per diems).

A written report will be created from the information gathered in the interviews. Document/material review is €100/hour (excl. VAT and potential lawyer consulting fees).
